During the event, CyberLab CEO Serhii Denysenko presented the company’s vision for a community cyber resilience model, outlined the key threat vectors, and described the role of the private sector in building regional cyber defense systems.
“Community cyber resilience does not start with technology. It starts with well-structured cooperation, trained people, and clear response processes. This is what we have been working on at CyberLab, and we continue to do so,” said Serhii Denysenko.
The summit “Community Cyber Resilience: Strategies and Innovations” was organized by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, together with the Institute of Cyber Warfare Research and the Association of Small Towns of Ukraine, with the support of CRDF Global in Ukraine and Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
The event focused on developing practical solutions to strengthen digital security at the regional level and on creating the conditions to launch and sustain the Cybersecurity Dispatch Center (CDC), Ukraine’s first municipal Gromada-ISAC.
