In April this year, CyberLab’s Director, Valentyn Kucheruk, participated in the annual international forum Accelerate25, held in Berlin. Organized by Fortinet, this event brought together leading industry experts, partners, clients, and security community representatives from around the world.
Over several days, participants attended insightful sessions, explored cutting-edge technologies at interactive demo zones, and discussed strategic approaches to protecting corporate infrastructures.
One of the key highlights of the event was a keynote speech by Ken Xie, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of Fortinet. In his address, he outlined the company’s vision for the future and emphasized the importance of integrating networking infrastructure with security systems.
Special attention at Accelerate25 was given to the presentation of the latest innovations like FortiAI — a solution showcasing the real potential of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. FortiAI enables the automation of threat analysis processes, optimization of security operations centers, and proactive threat response.
Another important focus of the conference was the protection of OT (Operational Technology) and CPS (Cyber-Physical Systems). Participants had the opportunity to discuss strategies for securing critical infrastructure during dedicated thematic sessions.
The event concluded with the grand finale of the Ultimate Fabric Challenge, where top teams from around the globe were recognized for their innovation, strategic thinking, and technical excellence in cybersecurity.
